The Explorer Tour is like the name suggests — all about having loads of fun! Cruise through the spectacular Thai countryside on off-road trails riding an awesome CFMoto 500cc ATV quad bike or one of our monster buggy karts. The Explorer Tour is suitable for absolutely EVERYONE with no previous driving experience necessary. First time riding an ATV or Driving a Buggy? No problem whatsoever! This is a safe and action-packed adventure for young and old, families, couples, and groups of friends.
The Explorer Tour is a 27km track riding through a massive array of off-road terrains and scenic locations. You'll ride through deep sandy trails, hard pack, muddy tracks and bizarrely rutted dirt paths, passing serene pineapple, palm oil, eucalyptus and tapioca farmlands. Zig-zag through rubber tree plantations and coconut jungles, and take on hillside tracks with sensational views! In the rainy season we also have our delightful local waterfall to cool off under.
Even though you may be new to riding an ATV or driving a monster buggy, you'll find these amazing automatic machines incredibly easy to master. The quality CFMoto 500cc 4WD ATVs are very stable, responsive and agile — and the Electric Power Steering makes them a breeze to ride. Our 660cc 2-seater Monster Buggies are super safe for those who prefer the security of a full roll cage and the ease of a steering wheel instead of handlebars. We also have massive 1,500cc 4-seater buggies — perfect for Mum or Dad to show the kids the trails or a group of friends who all want to ride together in one vehicle.
Our buggies are also popular with couples — the guys trying to impress their partners and the ladies showing that quite often they can drive better!
After the tour you'll have worked up an appetite! A complimentary post-ride Deluxe Beef, Chicken or Pork Burger and fries awaits along with soft drinks and fruit platters.

10 minutes — Welcome, get kitted up and safety briefing
10 minutes — Driving tuition at our basic practice track
120 minutes — The 27km Explorer Tour itself, with breaks for water, photos and to enjoy the incredible scenery
40 minutes — Post-ride meal, soft drinks, fresh fruit and time to freshen up (showers and changing rooms are available)
2 trips daily | Approx. 2 hours riding | Approx. 3 hours total experience

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Please Note:
All tours depart from our facility near Lake Maprachan, approximately 25 minutes east of Pattaya.
No experience is required — we provide a full safety briefing and training before every tour.
Minimum age for ATV riders or Buggy Drivers is 16. Passengers minimum 5 years old.
What To Wear:
Long pants (jeans or trousers) — you WILL get muddy!
Closed shoes or trainers
Bring a change of clothes if you would like to shower post tour.

Tour Duration
The full experience takes around 3 hours. This includes safety briefing, practice session, the 27 km Explorer Tour, short breaks, post-ride food, soft drinks, fresh fruit, showers and changing time.
Actual riding time: Approximately 2 hours, including short breaks for water, photos and scenery.
TOUR SIZE
Although we have a large fleet of 35+ ATVs and buggies and can cater for larger private groups, our join-in tours are limited to a maximum of 12 vehicles.
This helps keep the tour safe, organised and enjoyable for all guests.
Shared Minibus Pick-up
Complimentary shared minibus pick-up is available from hotels in North, Central, South and East Pattaya, Pratumnak and Jomtien only.
The shared transfer may stop at multiple hotels before travelling to ATV & Buggy Adventures. It does not include Na Jomtien, areas further south, or areas north of Naklua.
Fastest Option
For the fastest arrival, we recommend coming by private taxi. A Bolt App Taxi from most Pattaya areas is usually around 300 THB. Grab App Taxi is normally slightly higher.
Guests who make their own way to us can still use our complimentary shared minibus drop-off after the tour.
